B2B Sales Representative

We are looking to bring on 1-2 talented individuals in Sales. We provide our clients with digital marketing services on a retainer, and our client retention was around 98% in 2022.
We are a new company and the sales and prospecting is being handled by the owner and partners currently. We built a solid in-house fulfillment team before focusing on building a sales department and this year our focus will be more on prospecting and sales.
The right candidate will…
✔ prospect using LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
✔ cold call or email the lead list we provide (we have access to high-quality data for our prospecting purposes)
✔ set appointments with interested prospects
✔ act as a closer on any sales calls (sales process is usually 2-3 calls long before a sale closes)
✔ use our CRM to manage leads and updates
Deal structure:
10% commission on the sale for closing
+5% commission on the sale for setting/prospecting
=15% minimum commission on sales paid monthly for the lifetime of the client
Our payment structures are flexible from commission-only to having a fixed salary + commission.
Since we are small and growing fast we also have opportunities for revenue options for the right candidate.
Services you’d be selling:
✔ SEO is our bread and butter. These retainers are usually paid monthly or quarterly and can range anywhere from $1200 – 5000/month USD.
✔ Lead lists on subscription. These are usually paid monthly but some clients pay annually from $250 – 2500/month.
✔ Demand Generation: a single campaign that includes cold emailing, newsletters, copywriting, funnels, CRM setup, workflows, ad campaigns, etc. Starts at 35k annually paid either monthly or quarterly.
