Ashley Mussbacher
CEO & Founder, UI/X Designer
Ashley’s experience in website design started over 13 years ago as a way to pay bills while she was finishing her grad year in university. She claimed a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and a Masters in Creative Writing. As a serial entrepreneur, she’s owned several companies and sold the last in 2019 before starting Echofish in 2021. Her website design skills were shortlisted for the 2019 UX Award in Vancouver, Canada. In her free time she writes a sci-fi series due for publication and possible Netflix release in 2023 and coaches creative writers in her online course webinar. When not in the office, she can be found on the plains in Saskatchewan, Canada helping on the family farm with the horses.
Jonathan Peck

Jonathan’s secret sauce is the ability to translate complex concepts into easily digestible, results-driven strategies and content libraries that help businesses grow and thrive in today’s rapidly changing digital landscape. As a proud husband and father of a young daughter, Mikey loves tackling new challenges and mastering new skills. August is originally from Argentina and has experience in B2B sales (in-person and online) from sales development to sales management. During his free time he skydives, plays guitar, and hangs out with friends eating barbecue.

Accounts & Legal
Kris has over 12 years of experience in Customer Service, telecommunications and team leadership with large corporations. He assists the Echofish team with legal contracts, internal account management and consultation. In his free time he loves a good competitive video game session with friends and watching hockey.
Hamza Hashim
SEO & Content Specialist
Hamza is a very hard-working, motivated, and committed individual with a positive attitude towards life and a passion for doing new things that help people. He loves challenges in his career because they make one more robust than before, when one overcomes them. He specializes in writing different types of content, including articles, blogs, social media posts and technical content.
Michelle Muchowski
Project Manager
Michelle has years of Project management, team management and workforce call centre management experience. She recently retired after 35 years in the telecommunications industry. Deciding she was WAY too young to actually retire, she stepped into the new world of Echofish. She volunteers for several organizations in her spare time and plays trumpet in 2 bands for fun. She lives in Mission BC, Canada with her husband.
Victor Ady
IT & Systems Support
Victor has experience working with Website support for CMS, with multifaceted experience in platform installations, linux command lines, remote access and web security. He’s an award winning graphic artist and a gamer who lives with his family in Oliver BC, Canada and enjoys working outdoors on their remote property.
